Okay, as alot of my friends know i love tattoos. What i am proposing is that i want everyone who is interested, to draw up a cool design and submit them to me, if they are deemed worthy i shall enter them into a very special folder. This WINNER of this collectiveness of drawings/designs may get the chance to see their piece inked up on whichever body part it is designed for.


WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
The criteria for the best artwork/s shall be as follows:

1. Incorporation of my family name S-T-R-O-M. make sure its spelt right!

2. Viking historical elements (accurate elements please - you local library, aka the internet, is a great source of exact dates and designs to base you artistic license from) [this is not mandatory, if you design kicks ass this criterion will not be taken into account]

3. Originality

4. Musically related (Just like criterion 3 it must be accurate but this criterion is not mandatory of you design kicks ass)

5. Look Fucking Cool!



THE RULES:

1. the tattoo cannot be designed for the forearms, feet, hands, neck, stomach/chest, crutch or face. Obviously this is for legal as well as EXTREMELY FUCKING PAINFUL reasons.

2. Size of the piece is not a problem but do consider where you are going to want the design based. For Example: if it is for my biceps then the artwork should wrap around the arm/try to fit in with the natural shape of a male arm.

3. If exact measurements of any body part is needed i can provide these.

4. Please designate whether the design is to be black and gray or colour.

5. Now remember leave a margin for some kind of artistic license on part of the tattooist as well because he/she is an artist them-self and the piece will of course take on the flair of said artist. i have yet to choose a pallor for the artwork to be inked up at but it will be in sydney and it will be done only by the best.

6. Now remember this is my skin and i have to wear the ink for the rest of my life, so no bitching if i decide not to add your artwork to the folder or if i do choose it and decide not to ink it up regardless of standing in comparison to other artworks, no matter how cool you or anyone else may think it looks, I have the final say what goes onto me in the end as it is MY body.

7. once the folder has a substantial amount of worthy entries in it, the best 5 of these works will be chosen, of these 5 only 1 shall be selected. This singular winning artwork will be given much deliberation before going on my skin - even if it does<u/> go on, (see rule 6). It has to be good enough for my to live with for the rest of my life to get inked.

8. No-one is guaranteed to win, even if you're artwork is in the top 5, in other words see rule 6.

9. NO TRIBAL TATTOO'S PLEASE - celtic, japanese, traditional american, anything else is cool, i do not want to look like a jock thank you very much! Most true artists refuse to even do tribal now so i don't really want to bother with it anyways! If you are unfamilliar with tattoo designs try wikipedia and the like but i will provide examples upon request (of things wanted and not wanted)

10. KEEP IT ORIGINAL! - I do not want any artworks to be a copy of something else by another artist! If you're design wins and i ink it on my self only to find out that i am a walking copy right infringement i will hunt you down and make you pay the cost of my legal fees, tattooing, tattoo removal and any other related things i deem necessary!
